  2. Day 2 Cave meditation and nature healing day Short walks

Sunrise yoga and pranayama, then a short walk to the natural caves for a guided cave meditation in deep silence. In the afternoon, a natural hydrotherapy healing session in the fresh mountain water, followed by restorative yoga and an evening relaxation practice.

  3. Day 3 Sunrise clarity and return integration Walk + drive

A sunrise meditation to set your intention, a light yoga practice and a nourishing breakfast. We trek gently back down and drive to Kathmandu, closing the retreat with an integration circle so you can carry the calm home.
