About this course

Building a Strong Framework

The 100-hour program is a significant step up, offering a more comprehensive exploration of yoga. It’s designed for those who wish to build a strong, personal practice and gain a much deeper understanding of the philosophical and anatomical aspects of yoga.

This course provides a solid framework that can either stand alone as a profound educational experience or serve as the first module of our 200 or 500-hour training. The 15-day program allows a relaxed pace, with time for integration, practice teaching and personal mentorship.
