Do I need yoga experience to join?
Not for most programs. Our healing retreats and Basic Singing Bowl Therapy course are open to complete beginners, and the 100- and 200-hour teacher trainings welcome dedicated practitioners of any level. The 300-hour training requires a 200-hour yoga teacher certificate.
Is the certificate recognised by Yoga Alliance?
Yes. Shiv Tattva Yog School is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200 and RYS 300). After graduating you can register with Yoga Alliance and teach anywhere in the world.
When do the courses start?
New batches of our teacher trainings start on the 1st of every month, and custom dates are often possible on request. See Dates & Prices for the next start dates of every program.
What is included in the course fee?
Residential programs include accommodation, three sattvic vegetarian meals a day, course materials, weekly excursions and free Wi-Fi. Flights, Nepal visa fees, insurance and personal expenses are not included.
How do I book and pay?
Send a booking request through our Booking Form and we will confirm your place by email. A 20% non-refundable registration fee secures your spot. You can pay by international bank transfer — see Make Payment and our Refund Policy for details.
