01 Advanced Techniques & Practice

Master classes in advanced asana, pranayama and meditation. Deepening personal sadhana (practice).

02 Advanced Teaching Methodology

Mentorship, teaching clinics, designing advanced workshops and retreats, theming and weaving philosophy into classes.

03 Advanced Anatomy & Physiology / Advanced Sound Healing

Yoga therapeutics, working with specific populations (prenatal, seniors, injuries) and applied neuroscience.

04 Philosophy & Ethics / Advanced Meditative Healing

Comparative philosophy, studying Tantra and other paths, and the business and ethics of advanced teaching.

05 Practicum

Assisting on the 200-hour course, teaching advanced classes and receiving professional mentorship.
