A scenic drive along the Trishuli river valley to the lakeside city of Pokhara. Sunset by Phewa Lake and a restorative evening practice.
Morning drive to the trailhead. The path climbs past terraced fields, villages and waterfalls, finishing with the famous stone steps up to Ulleri. Evening stretching for the legs.
A gentle climb through rhododendron and oak forest to Ghorepani, a Magar village with wide views of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South. Pranayama to help your body adjust.
Pre-dawn hike to Poon Hill for a sunrise meditation facing the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna ranges, then a forest trail along the ridge to Tadapani.
Down through forest and up into Chhomrong, the gateway to the Annapurna Sanctuary, with close views of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) and Annapurna South.
Stone steps down to the Chhomrong Khola, then into bamboo and rhododendron forest in the deep Modi Khola valley. A day of mindful, silent walking.
The valley narrows as the trail climbs past Dovan and Himalaya into high mountain country. We walk slowly and keep breathing practices for acclimatisation.

Sunrise practice at base camp as the first light touches Annapurna I, then a long descent back down the valley to Bamboo.
Trek to Jhinu Danda and relax in the natural hot springs, then walk to the road and drive to Pokhara for a closing integration circle. Onward travel to Kathmandu is arranged with you.
Daily yoga, pranayama and meditation are part of every day on the trail. Altitudes and walking times are approximate, and the itinerary may adapt to weather and group needs.
