Refund policy at Shiv Tattva Yog School.
1. Non-refundable registration fee (20%)
A 20% registration fee is required to secure your spot in the program and is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be eligible for a refund according to our policy.
2. Refund eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7–14 days of enrolment.
- All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Program cancellations by us
If we cancel the program, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
4. Withdrawal from the program
- If you withdraw before the program begins, you may be eligible for a refund (minus the non-refundable registration fee).
- No refunds will be issued after the program starts, regardless of attendance.
5. Transfer option
If you are unable to continue, you can transfer to a future session (subject to availability), with a small administrative fee.
6. Refund process
To request a refund, submit a written request with your enrolment details and reason for the refund to shivtattvayogschool15@gmail.com. Refunds are generally processed within 15–30 days.
7. No refunds for completed classes
Refunds are not issued for any classes or modules that have already been completed, even if you missed them.
8. Special circumstances
In cases of serious illness or emergencies, refunds may be offered at our discretion, upon submission of supporting documentation (e.g. a medical certificate).
9. Payment plans
If you are on a payment plan and decide to cancel, you will be responsible for any outstanding balance as per the terms of your agreement.
10. Online program refunds
For online courses, refunds are available within 7 days of enrolment, provided no materials have been accessed. Once materials are accessed, refunds cannot be processed.
