01 Techniques, Training & Practice (100 hrs)

Mastery of over 75 asanas including full inversions, advanced pranayama (Bhramari, Surya Bhedana), bandhas and advanced meditation. Introduction to Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Restorative styles.

02 Teaching Methodology (35 hrs)

Extensive practice teaching, multi-level classes, advanced adjustments, sequencing for series and workshops, voice projection and class management.

03 Anatomy & Physiology / Sound Healing (20 hrs)

In-depth study of human anatomy, the physiology of stretching, common injuries and modifications, and the science of stress and relaxation.

04 Yoga Philosophy & Lifestyle / Meditative Healing (30 hrs)

Key texts (Yoga Sutras, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Bhagavad Gita), ethics for yoga teachers and the yogic lifestyle.

05 Practicum (15 hrs)

Teaching full public classes, video feedback and final evaluations.
