Aerial yoga is practised with a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. The hammock supports your body through poses, balances, inversions and deep stretches — building strength, flexibility and confidence.

Our aerial yoga teacher trainings run in three steps: the 50-hour foundational course, the 100-hour advanced course and the 200-hour master training — all residential at our ashram in Budhanilkantha, with shared or private rooms.

01Which aerial yoga course should I choose?

Start with the 50-hour foundational course (7 days) if you are new to aerial yoga, the 100-hour advanced course (15 days) to deepen your practice, or the 200-hour master training (28 days) to teach professionally.

02Do I need aerial yoga experience?

No. The 50-hour foundational course is beginner friendly. The 100 and 200-hour courses build on the foundations.

03How much do the courses cost?

Per person in a private room: 50-hour USD 599, 100-hour USD 900 and 200-hour USD 1,500. A shared room is 10% less (USD 539, USD 810 and USD 1,350).

04What is included?

Your room, three sattvic vegetarian meals a day, aerial hammocks and equipment, the course manual and certificate, and airport pickup.

05When can I start?
