  • Appropriate Attire: Students must dress modestly, reflect respect for local culture and contribute positively to the learning environment.
  • Silent Reflection: Observing silence from 10 PM to 5 AM promotes personal reflection and peace.
  • Hygiene and Orderliness: Maintain cleanliness in both personal and communal areas.
  • Technology Use: Mobile phones and electronic devices should be used sparingly and only in designated zones to foster a tranquil atmosphere.
  • Participation in Spiritual Activities: Engage fully in meditation and mantra chanting sessions to enhance your yoga practice.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines

  • Reservation Deposits: Course deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another session if at least 30 days' notice is provided before the course starts.
  • Cancellation Policy: After the course begins, no refunds will be issued. If cancellation occurs before the commencement, remaining funds (beyond the deposit) can be credited toward future classes.
  • School Cancellations: Should we cancel or postpone a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund of their fees.
