The 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course runs for 42 consecutive days, commencing on the 1st of every month.

Refund Policy

  • Students can join alternative sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances; however, advance course fees are non-refundable.
  • Although there is no cancellation fee, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
  • Prior email notification is required for cancellations but will not incur additional costs.

Morning Routine (6:30 AM - 8:30 AM)

  • Asana Practice, Advanced Pranayama, and Meditation (covering the entire Intermediate Series)

Breakfast (8:30 AM - 9:30 AM)

Morning Sessions (10:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

  • Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, or Deep Meditation Practice

Afternoon Activities
