Refund Policy at Shiv Tattva Yog School

1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee (20%)

     A 20% registration fee is required to secure your spot in the program and is non-refundable. The remaining balance may be eligible for a refund according to our policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

• o Refund requests must be made within 7-14 days of enrollment.
• o All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Program Cancellations by Us

•      If we cancel the program, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

4. Withdrawal from the Program

• o If you withdraw before the program begins, you may be eligible for a refund(minus the non-refundable registration fee).
•   o No refunds will be issued after the program starts, regardless of attendance.

5. Transfer Option

• If you are unable to continue, you can transfer to a future session (subject toavailability), with a small administrative fee.

6. Refund Process

• To request a refund, submit a written request with your enrollment details and reasonfor the refund. Refunds are generally processed within 15-30 days.

7. No Refunds for Completed Classes

• Refunds are not issued for any classes or modules that have already been completed, evenif you missed them.

8. Special Circumstances

• In cases of serious illness or emergencies, refunds may be offered at our discretion, uponsubmission of supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

9. Payment Plans

• If you are on a payment plan and decide to cancel, you will be responsible for anyoutstanding balance as per the terms of your agreement.

10. Online Program Refunds

• For online courses, refunds are available within 7 days of enrollment, provided nomaterials have been accessed. Once materials are accessed, refunds cannot be processed.
