Overview

Overview: Building a Strong Framework

The 100-hour program is a significant step up, offering a more comprehensive exploration of yoga. It’s designed for those who wish to build a strong, personal practice and gain a much deeper understanding of the philosophical and anatomical aspects of yoga. This course provides a solid framework that can either stand alone as a profound educational experience or serve as the first module of our 200- or 500-hour training.

Perfect For

Dedicated practitioners, those who have completed a 50-hour course and want to continue, and individuals seeking a transformative two-week retreat with structure and learning.

Certification

100-hour Certificate from Shiv Tattva Yoga School. This can be combined with a subsequent 100-hour course to form a 200-hour RYT certification.

Curriculum & Daily Schedule

This 15-day program allows for a more relaxed pace than the 50-hour one, with more time for integration, practice teaching, and personal mentorship.
