100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 100)

100-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 100) – 15 Days: The Practitioner’s Deep Dive

Overview: Building a Strong Framework

The 100-hour program is a significant step up, offering a more comprehensive exploration of yoga. It’s designed for those who wish to build a strong, personal practice and gain a much deeper understanding of the philosophical and anatomical aspects of yoga. This course provides a solid framework that can either stand alone as a profound educational experience or serve as the first module of our 200 or 500-hour training.

Perfect For

Dedicated practitioners, those who have completed a 50-hour course and want to continue, and individuals seeking a transformative two-week retreat with structure and learning.
